What the implementation fee covers: Discovery, CRM configuration, WhatsApp Business API setup, AI prompt design, building and testing all 5 workflows, and staff onboarding. Beta clients pay $600 (discounted from $1,500) to help shape the service during its early phase.

What the retainer covers: Your monthly fee includes the WhatsApp Business API, message costs for all automations, reactivation campaigns for up to 250 contacts per month, ongoing workflow monitoring, monthly optimization, and all support. One payment, everything included. Larger reactivation campaigns beyond 250 contacts can be arranged separately.

Do I need to know anything about tech to use this?

Not really. We handle all the technical setup. The one thing we do together on a call is connect your clinic's WhatsApp number to the system. It takes about 15 minutes and we walk you through every step. After that, everything runs on its own and you never need to touch the tech again.

How long does it take to get the system live?

We build, test, and deliver within 10 business days from the start of your onboarding. From the moment it goes live, every new inquiry gets an instant reply, every appointment gets a reminder, and every past patient enters a reactivation flow.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract. Beta clients start with just 1 month, enough time to see the system running and decide if you want to continue. After that it is month to month. We earn your continued business by delivering results, not by locking you in.

Are there any hidden charges on top of the monthly retainer?

No. The monthly retainer is all-in. It covers the platform, all automation workflows, message costs for normal usage, and ongoing management. There are no separate software subscriptions, no usage invoices, and no surprise bills. The only thing discussed separately is if you want to run reactivation campaigns beyond the included contact limit.

Are the automated messages really approved by Meta?

Yes. WhatsApp requires all business-initiated messages to use pre-approved templates before they can be sent. We handle the entire template submission and approval process as part of setup. Nothing goes out to your patients without Meta's approval first.

What if something stops working after launch?

We fix it. That is what your monthly retainer covers. If a workflow breaks, a message stops delivering, or something needs adjusting, that is our responsibility to handle, not yours. You do not need to raise a ticket or hire someone separately.
